Booking
& Service Visits.
Most requests booked before noon get a same-day visit. Anything later usually goes on the next-day schedule. During peak season we stay in close contact so you always know what to expect.
Yes — we offer after-hours support for urgent issues. There's an after-hours fee for calls outside normal business hours, but you'll know the number up front before any technician is dispatched.
A uniformed technician will arrive in a marked truck, introduce themselves, and walk you through what they're going to do. After a diagnosis we'll present a flat-rate quote — no work begins without your sign-off.
It depends on the job. Routine service visits usually finish in about an hour. Larger installs can take a full day or two. We'll give you an honest time estimate when we arrive so you can plan your day.
Pricing

Yes, in-home estimates on larger projects are always free. Diagnostic service calls have a flat fee that's often credited toward the work if you hire us — we'll let you know up front.
For routine service items, yes — we can give you a ballpark range over the phone. For anything involving replacement or installation, we prefer to see the home in person so the number we give you is accurate.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Financing is also available on qualifying larger projects — ask about options when you book.
Every job we do comes with a workmanship guarantee. If something we installed or repaired isn't performing the way it should, we'll come back and make it right. Manufacturer warranties on parts are honored on top of that.
